I have a one week timeshare at a very upscale condo in Ormond Beach. It is a floating week, can be used any time of the year. Ownership allows unlimited access all year of the property for day trips, just steps from the beach. Two pools, mini-golf, tiki bar, hot tub, restaurant, showers. Free to a good home. I don't use it anymore and need to unload it. The total property taxes and condo fees are about 500/yr. In this economy no one is buying timeshares, so I'd rather give it away than hang on to it and not use it.
